As part of a campaign for Havana Club, we’re working with guerilla gardener, Richard Reynolds, to inspire people to not only demand the freshest Cuban Mojito, but to grow their own mint. We’re starting a Mint Revolution.
Touring the country, Richard’s directing the creation of interesting urban gardenscapes with reclaimed, recycled or scavenged items and filling them with freshly grown mint. The urban garden creations are not only a visual spectacle, but also highlight the core proposition of Havana Club, which aims to make the most of what we have in an overly manufactured world, capturing the true spirit of Habernos themselves.
Brand Ambassadors will be handing out mint-seed packs to passers by which will include tips on how to grow mint at home, how to make a genuine Cuban Mojito and also a drive to selected bars in that area, who will be serving Havana Club Mojitos (freshly made, of course).
The activity initially kicked off 5th August in London, followed by Brighton and Manchester. The next one will be in Liverpool on 26 August. So pop along and pick up some seeds and get growing. And don’t forget to demand the Genuine Cuban Mojito. Join the Mint Revolution!
